Bundleboon is a personal shopping service specializing in children's clothing. You will receive a box full of children's clothing that is perfectly tailored to your wishes. Our stylists are seasoned fashionistas who know how to style your child down to the last detail. No more drama in the dressing room, but a personal clothing package that your child can try on at home. easy! 

How does the concept work?

Bundleboon makes buying children's clothes easy and fun. Styles, colors, sizes - let us know what you and your child like during our quick and easy online styling session . 

 

Our experienced stylists get to work right away while you sit back and relax. You will receive a box full of personalized outfits sent to your home. Take the time for 5 days to try everything on and turn your living room into a catwalk for your child. Do you want to keep all items? Then you save 10% on the entire box.

What is the content of a Bundleboon box?

During the online styling session you indicate your wishes and budget. Then our experienced stylists create a number of outfits that match perfectly. Depending on the style, brands and season you will receive 10-15 items that can be combined with each other. In addition, the box contains a feedback form and the return label.

How much does a Bundleboon box cost?

We tailor the Bundleboon box to your specific wishes and budget, so there is no one-size-fits-all. Your personalized children's clothing box contains approximately 10-15 items.

Why do I have to pay a styling fee?

We charge a styling fee of ‚ā¨9.95 per box for the time and expertise of our stylists.¬†This way we can ensure that you always receive a Bundleboon box that perfectly suits your needs.¬†Good to know: there are¬†no extra costs¬†for shipping or returns.

What is the average price of the products?

Your Bundleboon children's clothing box contains approximately 10-15 items, which can be combined with each other.¬†The price per item varies between ‚ā¨15-‚ā¨60, depending on both the clothing size and the brands.

Our selection of children's clothing is available in sizes 50 - 152 . We collect the most beautiful brands and products, from nice baby clothes to trendy clothing sets for children around 12 years old.

Do you also offer sustainable brands?

Our children are the future, so it is important that we not only take care of them, but also the environment. We do this by mainly offering sustainable children's clothing brands . If we want to work with a new brand, we look closely at their sustainability policy. Many of our brands use GOTS certified materials , such as organic cotton . This way you can be sure that the products not only last longer, but that your child also does not come into contact with all kinds of toxic substances.

Am I required to keep all items out of the box?

The beauty of Bundleboon is that you are not obliged to keep the entire box. You simply choose the items that make you happy and that you want to keep and send the remaining items back to us. Returns are easy and always free. Does the entire box make you happy? Crazy! Then we will give you a 10% discount on the total amount of the box. A present from us to you!

Do you only offer this service for children?

Yes, our service is especially focused on personal shopping for children's clothing! If you are looking for a similar concept for women's or men's fashion, please contact us. We have a list of recommendations of similar adult services.

How can I contact my stylist?

We'll let you know soon who will be styling your clothing box. Then you can always contact your stylist via WhatsApp, email, phone or even Instagram.

Placing an order

I have filled in all the questions online. What now?

You have taken the first step and completed our online styling session . Super! Your personal stylist will contact you as soon as possible by phone, email or WhatsApp to get to know you a little better. If there are any questions, you will find a solution together. Then you can sit back and let your stylist do her job: she puts together the most beautiful clothing sets for your child, and lovingly selects beautiful items that suit you. You will receive the outfits in a playful Bundleboon box. 

 

Note: For new customers, Bundleboon reserves the right to request a deposit of ‚ā¨100, which must be paid before shipping and settled later.¬†

How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have completed the online styling session, you will receive an order confirmation with your order details within a few minutes. Received nothing? Also check your spam/junk email. Is the message not there too? Please contact our customer service: hello@bundleboon.com

My address has changed. How do I ensure that this change of address is implemented in my profile?

You can notify us of your change of address when you order a new Bundleboon box. Do you want to report your change of address immediately? Send us an email at hello@bundleboon.com.

How can I cancel my order?

We are sorry that you want to cancel your order. In this case, please send an email to our customer service as soon as possible: hello@bundleboon.com. You can always contact us with questions or adjustments, we are happy to help you.

Can I also order individual items instead of a complete box?

We always encourage new customers to order a full clothing box. Do you need a number of separate items afterwards? We are more than happy to send you a (small) selection, based on your personal preferences. Contact your stylist or our customer service at hello@bundleboon.com 

How often will I receive a Bundleboon box?

How often you receive a Bundleboon clothing box is entirely up to you! We work with individual orders, not with a subscription. Your stylist is always ready to put together a new box. She will check in with you regularly to see if your child can use some new clothing sets in his/her wardrobe. Ultimately, you are the one who decides on the clothing box.

Am I required to pay a subscription fee when I order my first Bundleboon box?

The great thing about our concept is that there is no subscription involved.¬†You can determine the frequency with which you want to receive boxes.¬†You only pay for the styling fee of ‚ā¨9.95 per box and the items you want to keep.¬†Shipping, returns or exchanges are always free.¬†

How can I order a new Bundleboon box?

Have you ordered a Bundleboon box before? Then you can contact your stylist directly. 

Do you want to order a box for the first time, has something changed or is it a different child? Then it is best to follow our online styling session and answer a number of questions. 

Payments & vouchers

How does payment work at Bundleboon?

To make it as comfortable as possible for you, you only pay afterwards for the items you want to keep. Send back the clothes you don't want so that everything can be processed in our warehouse. You will then receive an invoice by email with the items you have kept and the styling fee. Please pay close attention to our returns policy : Any (late) returns we receive after fees have been charged can be exchanged for Bundleboon store credit. Returned items must be in new condition and have the attached tags.

When will I receive my invoice?

You will receive the invoice immediately after we have processed your return shipment - with the items returned by you.

When do I have to pay my invoice?

Your invoice must be paid within 3 working days.

The invoice I received is not correct; what can I do?

In that case, please contact our customer service at hello@bundleboon.com. Mention the invoice number in your e-mail and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible!

Do I have to pay for my first Bundleboon box before I can receive a new box?

Yes, it is only allowed to receive 1 box per child at a time. We cannot send a new box or repeat orders until the first box has been returned and the chosen items have been paid for.

I have received a discount code; where can i enter this?

You can enter the discount code in the very last step of the online styling session.

With which payment methods can I pay my invoice?

You can pay your invoice with iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer.

Referrals & gift shop

How can I refer a friend to you?

It's very simple :-) Fill in your friend's details in the feedback form the next time you order a box. If your friend then orders a box and keeps more than $50 worth of items, you'll both receive a $10 discount on your next order.

Can I give a Bundleboon box as a gift?

Absolute! We even have a special gift shop with Bundleboon gift boxes . Choose the style, size and budget you want and we'll do the rest. After receiving your order, one of our stylists will lovingly select 2-3 items based on your personal preferences. We then send the gift box to the recipient in a cute package.

Can I buy a Bundleboon gift card?

Naturally! We even have a special gift shop where you can purchase a physical Bundleboon gift card. Indicate yourself which credit you want to put on the gift card and we will send the gift card to the recipient in a cute package.

Defective items & exchange

What can I do if I have received a damaged item?

In that case, please contact our customer service at hello@bundleboon.com. Mention in your e-mail the order number and the article number plus a photo of the damaged item. We do our best to help you as soon as possible!

What can I do if I have received a wrong item?

In that case, please contact our customer service at hello@bundleboon.com. Include the order number and article number of the item in question in your email. We do our best to help you as soon as possible!

What can I do if I want to exchange an item for a different size and/or color?

Swapping is always free. However, our stock is constantly changing, so we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock. Contact your stylist to inquire about availability if your box contains an item you can't live without. We will always do our best to meet your request.

An item is broken or damaged; what can I do?

No worries! Please contact your stylist or email us at hello@bundleboon.com and include a photo of the damaged item. We do our best to help you as soon as possible!
